About the Role
EasyRent247 is expanding its network across multiple cities in Nigeria. We are looking for smart, confident, and well-presented individuals to join our team as Shortlet Apartment Onboarding & Social Media Officers. This hybrid role combines fieldwork—visiting shortlet apartments to onboard new properties—and online marketing, which includes creating engaging videos and managing social media pages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Search & Outreach
- Identify shortlet apartments or hetels in your city (online research & physical visits).
- Approach and introduce EasyRent247 to property owners or managers.
- Explain the benefits of listing on our platform.
2. Property Onboarding
- Collect accurate property details: pricing, amenities, location, rules, contact information.
- Capture high-quality photos and short video clips of apartments.
- Upload property listings to the EasyRent247 platform (training provided).
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Provide updates about listing status and onboarding requirements.
6. Reporting
- Provide daily or weekly report on successful onboarding
Salary & Benefits
- We pay 100,000 for 20 Shortlet or hotel successfully listed in easyrent247 platform

Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- Must live in the city you are applying for (Abuja, Lagos, Anambra, Abia, Imo, Asaba).
- Smart, confident, and good at talking to people.
- Ability to move around the city easily.
- Strong smartphone photography and videography skills, and must have quality phone with good camera
- Ability to create attractive short videos.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Honest, reliable, and self-driven.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or marketing.
- Experience with social media management.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva).
- Understanding of shortlet apartments or hotel operations.
