Aviv Luxury Homes β Guest Policy & Guidelines 1. Introduction Welcome to Aviv Luxury Homes. Our mission is to provide our guests with a safe, luxurious, and memorable experience. These policies are designed to ensure comfort, security, and fairness for all our valued guests. By booking and staying with us, guests agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 2. Reservation & Check-In - Check-in Time: 1:00 PM | Check-out Time: 12:00 PM. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. - Late check outs less than one hour after stipulated check out time results in a forfeiture of caution fee while late check outs exceeding one-hour results in payment of 50 percent the rate charged for a dayβs stay - A valid government-issued ID (passport, driverβs license, or national ID) is required at check-in. - Guests must provide accurate booking information; fraudulent reservations will be declined. 3. Payment & Deposits - Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. - Where a reservation of more than a day is made, at least 60 percent of the total amount for the reservation should be made. - A security/caution deposit will be collected at check-in to cover damages, breakages, loss, severe stains or incidentals. - Payments can be made via cash, debit card, or approved electronic transfer. - Refunds, when applicable, follow the cancellation policy outlined below. 4. Cancellation & Refunds - Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in will only receive a 50 percent refund of their total booking. - No refund will be made for cancellation less than 72 hours. - Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund. - Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 24 hours or less. 5. Guest Conduct - Respect for staff, other guests, and property is mandatory. - Disorderly behavior, harassment, or violence will lead to immediate eviction without refund. - Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM β 6:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. - Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are provided. 6. Safety & Security - Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; Aviv Luxury Homes is not liable for lost or stolen items. - Fire exits and safety instructions must be observed at all times. - Only registered guests are permitted in rooms; visitors must be registered at the reception desk. - Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. 7. Use of Facilities - The swimming pool is available for 3 persons only. An extra person pays three thousand naira only. - Guests must adhere to all posted rules at each facility. - Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in common areas and recreational facilities. - Photoshoots and contents within or around the premises comes with an extra charge. 8. Housekeeping & Maintenance - Rooms are serviced daily unless otherwise requested. - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to property. - Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest. If the cost of the damage, loss and severe stain exceeds the amount deposited for caution fee, the balance will be covered by the guests in the said apartment. -Upon checking in, guests must report any anomaly found in the apartment immediately. 9. Food & Beverage - Outside food and beverages are highly prohibited in the bar area, lounge and within the premises other than inside the apartment in which the guest occupies. - Room services are also available to guests. - Guests with dietary restrictions should inform the staff in advance. 10. Internet & Technology - Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for personal and reasonable use. - Illegal downloads, cyber-crimes, or misuse of internet services are strictly prohibited. 11. Health & Medical - Guests are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions that may require emergency assistance. - In case of illness, injury, or emergency, staff will assist in contacting medical services. - Guests must comply with any health and safety protocols in place (e.g., hygiene, pandemic measures). 12. Liability - Aviv Luxury Homes will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred on the property, except where negligence is proven. - Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or facilities. 13. Complaints & Feedback - Guest satisfaction is our priority. Any complaints should be reported immediately to management for prompt resolution. - Feedback is encouraged to help us improve services. 14. Termination of Stay Aviv Luxury Homes reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or evict guests without refund in cases of: - Breach of guest policies. - Illegal activities. - Non-payment of fees or deposits. - Conduct that threatens the safety, comfort, or reputation of the establishment.
