HOUSERULES Welcome to KingArthur’sApartment. We are committed to providing a comfortable, secure, and premium experience for all our guests. Kindly read and adhere to the following house rules: 1. CHECK-IN &CHECK-OUT  Check-in time: Flexible  Check-out time: 12:00 PM 2. VALID IDENTIFICATION  Allguests must present a valid means of identification (National ID, Driver’s License, or International Passport) before check-in. 3. PAYMENTPOLICY  Fullpayment must be made before check-in.  Arefundable caution deposit is required and will be returned after inspection of the apartment. 4. MAXIMUMOCCUPANCY  Onlythe number of guests booked is allowed to stay overnight.  Additional guests must be declared and may attract extra charges. 5. NO PARTIESOREVENTS  Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained.  Anydisturbance to neighbours may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. 6. NO SMOKINGINDOORS  Smokingis strictly prohibited inside the apartment.  Guests may use designated outdoor areas where available. 7. PETPOLICY  Petsare not allowed in the apartment. 8. DAMAGE&LOSS  Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances.  Thecost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the caution deposit or billed accordingly. 9. CLEANLINESS  Please maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during your stay.  Avoidstaining the walls. 10. POWER&UTILITIES  Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use.  Guests are advised to use power responsibly due to energy costs. 11. SECURITY  Alwayslock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.  Themanagement will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings. 12. ILLEGALACTIVITIES  Anyformofillegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 13. NOISE CONTROL  Keepnoise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00AM.  Respect the peace and comfort of neighbours. 14. VISITORS  Visitors are allowed only with prior notice.  Visitors must not stay overnight unless included in the booking. 15. MANAGEMENTRIGHTS  Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if house rules are violated. 16. AGREEMENT By booking and staying at KingArthur’s Apartment, you agree to abide by these house rules ADDITIONALCLAUSEFORFILMAKERSANDCONTENTCREATORS 17. FILMMAKERS&CONTENTCREATORSPOLICY KingArthur’s Apartment welcomes filmmakers, photographers, and content creators. However, the following rules apply: A. PRIORAPPROVALREQUIRED  Allfilming, photography, or content creation activities must be declared and approved before booking.  Guests must clearly state: o Nature of the shoot (film, skit, photoshoot, music video, etc.) o Numberofcrew members o Equipment to be used B. ADDITIONALFEES  Commercial shoots, large productions, or high-traffic content creation may attract additional fees.  Pricing will depend on: o Duration of shoot o Numberofpeople o Typeofproduction C. CREWSIZELIMIT  Thenumberof people allowed on the property must not exceed the approved limit.  Overcrowding is strictly prohibited. D. TIMERESTRICTIONS  Filming activities must be conducted within approved hours.  Late-night shoots (after 10:00 PM) require special permission. E. NOPROPERTYALTERATION  Moving, removing, or altering furniture, décor, or fixtures without permission is not allowed.  Walldrilling, painting, or installations are strictly prohibited. F. EQUIPMENT&SAFETY  Heavyequipment must be handled carefully to avoid damage.  Useofhazardous materials, fire, smoke machines, or explosives is strictly prohibited. G. POWERUSAGE  Highpower-consuming equipment must be declared in advance.  Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity usage. H. CLEAN-UPRESPONSIBILITY  Theapartment must be returned to its original state after use.  Anymess,props, or waste must be cleared before check-out. I. DAMAGES&LIABILITY  Theproduction team will be held fully responsible for any damage caused during filming.  Repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. J. RESPECTFORNEIGHBOURS  Loudnoises, music, or disruptive activities must be controlled.  Management reserves the right to stop any shoot causing disturbance. K. BRANDUSAGE  Useof“KingArthur’sApartment” name or location in published content must be approved by management. L. SECURITYDEPOSIT  Ahigher caution deposit may be required for filming or content production bookings. AGREEMENT By booking for filming or content creation, you agree to comply with all the above conditions.
