Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Guests may smoke only at the bar area or inside the four‑bedroom apartment. 3. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed in any of our rooms, except in the four‑bedroom apartment where such activities are permitted. 4. Payments and reservations are non‑refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. 5. A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is required at the time of payment. This will be returned at check‑out after inspection, provided there are no damages.
