By booking a stay, guests agree to the following terms: 1. Guest Responsibility for Damages Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their actions or the actions of their visitors. This applies to both negligent and intentional behavior. 2. Types of Damages Covered Charges may apply for issues such as: Broken, damaged, or missing items Stains or situations requiring excessive cleaning Misuse or tampering with appliances, fixtures, or property equipment Any action that results in repair or replacement costs Where applicable, part or all of the security deposit may be used to cover these expenses. Guests are informed of this policy before or during check‑in. 3. Non‑Smoking Rule This is a strictly non‑smoking property. Smoking inside the apartment or in restricted areas is considered a violation and will incur a penalty. 4. Additional Chargeable Offences Certain actions attract extra charges, including: Replacement of lost room keys or access cards Smoking inside the property Improper use of fire safety equipment Any conduct that compromises safety or damages property Each violation carries a ₦50,000 charge, in addition to the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items. 5. Right to Evict The property reserves the right to evict guests who violate house rules, engage in disruptive behavior, or cause significant damage. In cases involving severe damage, threats to safety, or illegal activity, law enforcement may be contacted. 6. Post‑Checkout Charges The property may charge the guest’s credit or debit card on file for repair or replacement costs discovered after checkout. Charges will reflect the actual cost of the damaged or missing item.
