All reservations are subject to a strict cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date to be considered. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of arrival attracts a 100% charge. Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of payment and only for valid, uncontrollable reasons that cannot be resolved. Once a stay has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

HOUSE RULES Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or within the compound. Fine: ₦50,000 Maximum Occupancy: A two-bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Parties & Events: Parties or events are strictly not allowed. Fine: ₦200,000 Decorations: Decorating the apartment (including hanging, sticking, or pasting items on walls or ceilings) is not allowed. Violations will result in forfeiture of the caution fee and additional charges to cover repairs. Fine: ₦100,000 Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (the following day). Guests must strictly observe these times to avoid disrupting incoming reservations, which may lead to cancellation without refund. Late Check-Out: Late checkout between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM attracts 50% of the apartment rate. Staying beyond 5:00 PM attracts a full daily rate. Caution Fee: The caution fee will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage or rule violation. Gym Access: The gym is strictly accessible to registered guests only. Fine: ₦50,000 for unauthorized access. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Fine: ₦100,000 Illegal Substances: Smoking or use of illegal substances (including marijuana/Indian hemp) is strictly prohibited.
